No, that's not in Forks, or anywhere near the Olympic Peninsula. That's not even a patch of meadows. That's a flooded rice paddy somwhere in Paralaya, Pampanga, a town north of Manila. Tin took the photo last year from a roadside where her merry band of birders scoped out some wintering egrets.
